My case was a bit complicated (to me) because I live in Florida and had a conviction in Virginia Beach. From the very first phone call I could tell that Mr. Herron was serious about helping me to have my right to possess a firearm restored. He let me know that he wasn't afraid to walk into the courtroom and fight for me if need be. Leading up to the hearing date he explained several scenarios as how things could play out and what he would do to combat anything that was thrown our way. On the day of the hearing I was a nervous wreck. He assured me that he had my back and would walk me through everything. The prosecutor tried to argue why the rights shouldn't be restored and Mr. Herron shut him down immediately. Mr. Herron was very confident in the courtroom and I was very impressed with the way he handled everything. After the hearing was over and MY RIGHTS WERE RESTORED he took me outside and explained how things were going to be going forward. He also recommended a Florida Lawyer for me to check with before assuming anything. I did a lot of research on restoration attorneys in Virginia and I feel that I hired the best attorney for my situation. It was nice to have representation that cares about his client and not just out to make a quick buck. This guy actually cares. If he is ever in my town for vacation, there will be a free fishing trip waiting on him. Thank you Mr. Herron for everything.
